New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie heads to Boston for the inauguration of a Republican governor in Massachusetts.
Christie on Thursday will attend the swearing in of Charlie Baker as well as Baker's inaugural gala in the evening.
Christie campaigned for Baker in his role as the leader of the national Republican Governors Association.
Baker's election marked the return of a Republican to the Massachusetts governor's office for the first time since Mitt Romney.
