A child was airlifted to the hospital after he or she was struck by a vehicle outside a Montgomery County mall.
The child was in the parking lot of the Montgomery Mall on Bethlehem Pike and North Wales Road in Montgomery Township Saturday around 5:30 p.m. when he or she was struck by a vehicle.
Officials have not revealed the child’s condition but say he or she was seriously hurt in the accident. The child was taken by helicopter to a local hospital.
The striking vehicle remained at the scene. Police continue to investigate.
