Funeral Arrangements for Chesterfield Bus Crash Victim

Viewing, mass to be held for 6th grader Isabelle Tezsla

Funeral plans have been released for the 11-year-old girl who died in a school bus crash in Burlington County earlier this month.

A viewing for Chesterfield Elementary School student Isabelle Tezsla will be held Friday from 1 to 5 p.m. at the Church of St. Gregory the Great on Nottingham Way in Hamilton Square, N.J. A funeral mass will follow the viewing.

Isabelle will be buried in a private ceremony.

Donations in memory of Isabelle can be made to the Tug McGraw Foundation, P.O. Box 45, Yountville, CA, according to her obituary.

The sixth grader was killed Feb. 16 when the school bus she was traveling in and a dump truck collided at Bordentown-Chesterfield Road (County Route 528) and Old York Road in Chesterfield, N.J. More than a dozen children were hurt in the wreck including Isabelle’s sisters Sophie and Natalie.

State Trooper Sgt. Anthony Tezsla is the father of the triplets.

The National Transportation Safety Board is investigating the cause of the crash.
