Three people were shot and a child was cut by glass after a gunman opened fire in Chester City Sunday night.
The shooting occurred on East 21st Street around 8:30 p.m. Police say three people were struck in the shooting while a child suffered cuts from glass. All four victims were taken to the hospital. Officials have not yet revealed their conditions.
No arrests have been made. Police continue to investigate.
