Pennsylvania Crash Leaves SUV Covered in Wet Cement

A crash along a Lehigh Valley roadway that firefighters say is notorious for wrecks, left an SUV covered in cement and the road closed for cleanup.

A mixer truck and the SUV crashed along Route 33 north near Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, Monday morning, Pennsylvania State Police said.

No one was hurt, police and the Bethlehem Township Volunteer Fire Company said.

The fire department said the merge area where the crash occurred near milepost 4 is known for crashes. They shared photos of the mess left when cement poured from the truck.

It took crews about an hour to clean the wet cement and remove the vehicles, police said.
