Caught on Cam: Woman Attacks Man on SEPTA Bus

Philadelphia Police are searching for a woman caught on surveillance video attacking a passenger on a SEPTA bus.

Philadelphia Police are searching for a woman caught on surveillance video attacking a passenger on a SEPTA bus.

It happened back on May 31 at 2:25 p.m. on the SEPTA Route 23 bus. The suspect boarded the bus on the 5700 block of Germantown Avenue. Surveillance video shows the woman briefly sitting down before getting up. She is then seen walking towards a man seated on the bus and then slapping and punching him in the head. Police say she then exited the bus at Germantown and Chelten Avenue and fled on foot in an unknown direction.

The suspect is described as a dark-skinned, stocky black female standing at 5-foot-5. She was last seen wearing a pink shirt, dark jeans and white framed sunglasses.
