Police are on the hunt for a man and woman caught on surveillance video robbing a woman inside a local supermarket.
On April 26 at 3:30 p.m., officers say the female suspect approached the woman inside the Acme Supermarket on 8600 Ridge Avenue. As the female suspect was distracting the woman, police say the male suspect took the woman’s pocketbook which contained several credit cards and $100 in cash.
The first suspect is described as a medium-built black male between the ages of 30 and 40 with a beard and mustache. He was last seen wearing a Gray, zip-up hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans.
The second suspect is described as a stocky black female between the ages of 30 and 40. She was last seen wearing black clothing and was carrying a large black purse.
