Police are on the hunt for three men caught on camera chasing down and shooting at a victim.

Police responded to the 1200 block of 15th Street in the Point Breeze section of the city on Saturday around 11 p.m. When they arrived they found a 24-year-old man suffering from gunshot wounds to his left thigh and buttock. He was taken to the hospital but police have not yet revealed his condition.

A surveillance video in the area captured three men confronting the victim on the corner of 15th and Wharton Street. The video shows the armed gunmen chasing the victim on foot and firing several shots. Police say the gunmen then fled on foot down the 1600 block of Wharton Street.
