Emergency officials are on the scene of a car submerged in a pond Friday.
A car went under water in a pond along Commons Blvd. near Route 141 in New Castle, Del. shortly before 6 p.m., according to police.
A man, woman and a child were in the vehicle, according to officials.
New Castle County paramedics treated a woman who was in the car.
Officials reported all three passengers in stable condition.
