Car Slams Into Revenue Office in NE Philly

    An elderly driver slams into the front of the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue in a Northeast Philadelphia strip mall.

    Julius Bodnar  Jr., 83, was injured in the crash that happened just before 5:30 p.m. at Red Lion Road and Academy Avenue.

    Skyforce 10 was over the scene, where the car drove approximately 20 feet inside that building.

    Witnesses who ran to help the elderly man say he told them he had blacked out behind the wheel.

    No workers were inside the building since it had just closed at 5 p.m.
