Four people were injured, including a child, when a car plowed into group of pedestrians on a sidewalk in Pottstown Saturday.

The accident happened around 1:15 p.m. outside Argento's Pizzeria shop at 201 High Street. Police say the driver, 27-year-old Aimee Schade, lost control of her car, jumped the curb and hit four people. Three adults were injured and a child.

All four victims were taken to West Reading Hospital. One male victim, who flew through the glass window of the pizza shop, is listed in stable condition, according to authorities.

Police are investigating the incident. The driver has not been charged with any crime at this time.
