Captain Janks of the “Howard Stern Show” turned himself in to N.J. State Police Wednesday, the Express Times reported.

Captain Janks, formally known as Thomas Cipriano, 42, of North Wales, was paid $350 to make an appearance at the Landslide Restaurant and Saloon this month, but never showed up, police said.

Restaurant owner Barbara Seguine was given a contract for $350, but said Cipriano didn’t follow through on the agreement.

“If he didn’t shake my hand and look me in the eye I guess I wouldn’t be as mad,” Seguine said.

Cipriano was charged with fourth-degree theft.

He has been released and a court date will be set in Bethlehem Township Municipal Court.
