A female was sexually assaulted behind a bar in Camden and investigators believe the suspect might be connected to other attacks in the area.
The latest sexual assault happened about 6:30 a.m. on June 25 in the 500 block of Spruce Street.
Investigators say the female victim was approached by a man who forced her behind a dumpster and then sexually assaulted her behind the Off Broadway Lounge.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, approximately 5’7”, 170 pounds. He was wearing a white t-shirt, gray shorts, a black wave cap and high-top Nike Air Jordan sneakers with red and white soles.
Detectives say they are investigating reports of other assaults against females along the Broadway corridor in which drugs and/or prostitution have been a factor.
