Radnor Township Police are on the lookout for a man who they say exposed himself and masturbated in front of two female Cabrini College students.

The man drove up to the coeds while they walked in a parking lot near the Dickson Center on campus. It was around 11 a.m. Monday and the man was driving an early 2000s black Honda Accord when he rolled down his window to ask for directions, police said.

The students told police that the man -- described as a clean-shaven black man between 20 to 25 years old with square eyeglasses -- had on no pants and began masturbating while he spoke to the women.

The man eventually drove off the Radnor campus towards Upper Gulph Road. Police said the car didn’t have a registration plate but it did have a “Penn State” window decal on its rear passenger window.

Police released a sketch of the suspect Tuesday in hopes that someone would recognize him. Anyone with information should contact Radnor Police Det. TJ Schreiber at 610-688-5606 ext. 122.
