Police in central Pennsylvania are investigating after shots were fired into a 2-year-old child's bedroom.

Lebanon police responding to a call around 3 a.m. Friday said a resident reported hearing people arguing in a neighboring house followed by what sounded like a gunshot.
A bullet went through the wall and into the room where the woman's 2-year-old daughter was sleeping but police said the child was not injured.
Police officers searched the adjoining home and found shell casings, but no one was located in the home. The investigation and the search for the shooter were underway.
