Bucks County Officer Hit by Car During Traffic Stop

A Bucks County officer was hit by a vehicle while standing next to another vehicle during a traffic stop Thursday night.

Authorities tell NBC10 it happened shortly before 8 p.m. on Lawn Avenue and Route 309 in West Rockhill. At least three other people were injured.

The officer’s injuries do not appear to be life-threatening. No word yet on the condition of the other victims.

Both lanes have been shut down while police investigate the incident.
