A Bucks County man was arrested after he allegedly broke into his neighbors’ home, searched through their underwear and performed a lewd act while being captured on surveillance video.
Gaetano Guarino, 65, of the Holland section of Northampton Township, is charged with burglary, criminal trespass, criminal mischief, and loitering and prowling at night time.
On June 5 around 9:30 a.m., Guarino entered his neighbors’ home through a side door on Holland Road while they were away, investigators said. The couple’s “Ring” doorbell video camera then captured Guarino leaving the home a few minutes later, according to police. Investigators said it didn’t appear that Guarino took anything.
Guarino allegedly went into the couple’s home again through a side door on June 9 around 5:40 a.m. while they were away for the weekend. Investigators said Guarino was captured on the couple’s surveillance camera going into their bedroom and walking to a hamper next to a dresser.
Guarino then allegedly removed underwear from the drawer, masturbated and ejaculated onto it and then placed it back into the dresser.

Police issued an arrest warrant for Guarino after viewing the surveillance video and placed him into custody on June 9.
Guarino is currently out on bail but is not allowed to stay at his home, which is across the road from Council Rock High School.
