Bruce Springsteen fans are charging up their electronic devices and waiting by their computers.
Tickets for Springsteen's 9-week U.S. tour go on sale beginning at 10 a.m. EST Friday.
Springsteen's River Tour with the E Street Band starts Jan. 16 in Pittsburgh.
Springsteen will play 24 dates, including Newark's Prudential Center, Madison Square Garden in New York and Philadelphia's Wells Fargo Center.
The tour ends on March 17 at the Los Angeles Memorial Sports Arena.
Meanwhile, New York's attorney general is looking into whether “speculative'' ticket listings for Springsteen's tour on ticket resale sites constitute deceptive advertising because they're offering seats on secondary markets when the seller may not possess the tickets.
Hundreds of seats have already been listed for up to $5,000 or more on resale sites.
