The unidentified victim, 20, told police a man sat next to her between the Fern Rock Transportation Center and Olney Station, exposed himself and proceeded to inappropriately touch himself.

The victim says it wasn’t the first time the same man assaulted her while she was on the subway.

In November, police released surveillance video of the suspect on the subway. On Dec. 11 they arrested Dysan Baysmore of the 1200 block of Winghocken Street without incident.

Baysmore, 20, was arraigned on charges including indecent exposure, stalking, harassment and open lewdness. According to court records, he is also accused in an early indecent exposure.

He was sent to county jail unable to post 10 percent of his $10,000 bail, according to court documents.
