Britney Spears-Lovin’ Dognapper Arrested

A man with a Britney Spears tattoo who stole a Chihuahua wearing pink earrings from outside a South Florida gay bar on July 28, 2009 was arrested in Northampton County, Pa.
Channing Reynolds, 34, who has been at large since the July dognapping, was taken into custody in January for DUI-related charges and is now being extradited to Broward County to face a grand theft charge in relation to the stolen pup, according to the Sun Sentinel.
"I'm thrilled that the suspect has been arrested, I couldn't understand why no one could catch him," the dog's owner Brian Dortort told the Sentinel.
According to Dortort, the Chihuahua, Hudson Hayward Hemingway, was stolen when Reynolds insisted on holding him outside of popular bar, Georgie’s Alibi, in Wilton Manors, Fl.
