Bob Dylan Plays Temple Tonight

Tickets are still available

Rock legend Bob Dylan takes the stage tonight at Temple University’s Liacouras Center and--if you can believe it--tickets are still available as of Monday morning.

Dylan is touring with blues guitar master Charlie Sexton again, and the tour comes in lieu of his just-released holiday album “Christmas in the Heart.”

The 68-year-old, who rarely does university concerts these days, is gracing the campus of Temple University for the second time in history. He played once before in 2000 with Phil Lesh of the Grateful Dead.

Possibly one of the better kept secrets in Philly this fall, the tickets went on sale to the general public Oct.12 for only $49.50 for both general admission and reserved seating, and were still available at the same price as of 8:30 a.m.

If you were lucky enough to score tickets early – “An Evening with Bob Dylan and His Band” starts at 7:30 p.m. at Temple’s Liacouras Center at 1776 Broad.

If you’re still dying to go—get your credit card out and grab tickets while you can.

All royalties from the sale of his Christmas album go to Feed America charities.
