Body of Missing Boater Found

Authorities say divers have recovered the body of a Pennsylvania man at Yellow Creek State Park who reportedly went underwater but didn't resurface.

The Indiana County Coroner's Office says the body of 55-year-old Benjamin E. Hill of Penn Run was recovered about 10:30 a.m. Saturday, about 50 feet from the boat dock where he had launched his boat. Authorities say the boat drifted from the dock when Hill went to park his car and Hill then went into the water to retrieve it. The coroner's office says Hill's uncle, who was in the boat, saw Hill go underwater but not come back up.

An autopsy was scheduled for Sunday.

The park is about 60 miles east of Pittsburgh.
