The top volunteer for Philadelphia's Home and School organization is accused of misusing $122,000.

 

The president of the Philadelphia Home and School Council will be in court for a preliminary hearing Monday.

Greg Wade, 53, is accused of forging checks worth $120,000 from three different accounts.

He faces a list of charges including theft and forgery.
    
Wade had an office in the school administration building as a courtesy, the school district said.
   
The Home and School Council is an independent community organization.
