Batman's a Stalker?

An obsessed NE Philly fan that named both his girls after Batman characters, finds out today if he heads to Gotham on stalking and harassment charges.

"He thinks he's Batman," Catherine DeMasi told the Philadelphia Daily News back in March when her neighbor, Charles Nagle, went to jail.

Nagle, a 36 year-old, married father of two is accused of stalking Kathryn Erbe, who plays Detective Alexandra Eames on “Law and Order: Criminal Intent.”

Pictures of Nagle posing with former “Wonder Woman” Lynda Carter in late 2009 have surfaced on the Internet, according to The Metro.  And his obsession with Batman went so far he named one of his daughters Bat Girl and the other HarleyQuinn.

"He used to charge after his mother and his brother with a knife," said DeMasi.

Nagle has a hearing Tuesday at the Criminal Justice Center to see if he will be extradited to Brooklyn.

He's charged with stalking and harassment. For two years, Nagle allegedly sent Erbe obsessive fan emails and love letters and showed up at the NY set of Criminal Intent to get pictures with the actress. He kept a MySpace blog about her.

The investigation got serious when Nagle started sending letters to her family members talking about his hopes of a "permanent hookup," according to the New York Post.

About 15 years ago, in an un-related case, Nagle went through sex-offender counseling after pleading guilty to corrupting a minor, false imprisonment and indecent assault.
