Back on My Feet Expands to More Cities

Back on My Feet founder Anne Mahlum made a major announcement Friday that should be helping homeless people in more cities around the country.

BOMF, which was founded just three years ago in Philadelphia is going to be expanding for the to three other U.S. cities. They already have added chapters in Baltimore, Md; Boston, Mass. and Washington, D.C. And the Chicago chapter will launch in September.

The newest member cities for the non-profit group that will be joining the organization in 2011 are Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas; Minneapolis, Minn. and Atlanta, Ga.

These cities were picked for various reasons including public interest, homeless programs and long-term homelessness problems. As well as being god running cities like Minneapolis.

"This campaign has demonstrated just how many people are out there who want to share their passion with others and help them find a positive path in life," Mahlum said.
