Police in Clifton Heights, Pa. have released a sketch of a man who tried to snatch a child from the street.
The incident happened Wednesday on the 500 block of Cherry Street.
Police say a man approached a young girl who was playing outside. He tried to engage her in conversation and offered her candy.
When the little girl refused to talk to him, investigators say the man grabbed her and tried to pick her up. Neighbors saw what happened. When they yelled at him, the man dropped the child and ran away.
