Arrest in Cherry Hill Fatal Hit-&-Run

Cherry Hill police charged a Berlin, N.J. woman with the hit-and-run death of a woman walking along Route 70.

Elisha Pollosco, 25, was arrested Sunday afternoon on the 200 block of Cross Keys Road after police received a tip call regarding the location of a car they say was used in the accident. When they arrived they found a silver 2000 Pontiac Grand Am parked in the drive way with damage consistent with the accident.

The victim, 25-year-old Binh Tsan, died from her injuires Saturday. Police say she was walking on the westbound side of Route 70 last Thursday during her lunch break when she was allegedly struck by Pollosco's car.

Michael Medina, 25, was grazed by the car but was not injured in the accident, according to police.

Pollosco is being held without bail.
