Police in West Chester are seeking a suspect in the murder of an 86-year-old man.
Police in West Chester say Augusto Rivera was found in his unit in the Apartments for Modern Living Complex at about 4:40 p.m. Monday. They say he had been strangled and suffocated.
Police said Friday they had obtained an arrest warrant for a 39-year-old West Chester man, who faces homicide and robbery charges.
Chief Scott Bohn declined to release further details, saying the affidavit of probable cause has been sealed as investigators work to apprehend the suspect.
