A second man is charged with gunning down two Philadelphia teens who apparently were joyriding on a stolen all-terrain vehicle.
Zaiee Talbert was arrested Saturday in the March 12 killings of 17-year-old Dexter Bowie and 18-year-old Johnathan Stokley.
Investigators tell the Philadelphia Daily News they caught Talbert, 26, hiding in his girlfriend's home.
Police say they had been seeking Talbert in connection with a crashed rental car that had a pound of marijuana and an illegal handgun stashed inside. Officers say Talbert's girlfriend falsely reported the rental car stolen.
Authorities say Bowie and Stokley were killed by AK-47 and handgun fire after an apparent joyride on an ATV that was reported stolen.
Talbert, who has a half dozen aliases including Eric Foster, Arthur Hayes, Aaron Talbert and Eric Wilkerson, was arraigned early Tuesday on murder, reckless endangerment, conspiracy and weapons charges, according to court documents.
Another suspect, identified by police as Christopher Butler, 31, was already in custody for another crime and was charged last week, according to the Daily News.
