Pine Hill Police say a man in Jason hockey mask, made popular by the "Friday the 13th" movie franchise, robbed a pregnant woman and her mother at gunpoint last Sunday. NBC10's Cydney Long spoke to the victims' neighbors.

Police are searching for a man who they say appears to be just as passionate about horror movies as he is about armed robbery. The suspect robbed two people while wearing a “Jason” type Halloween mask, according to investigators.

Last Sunday, at 1:44 a.m., Police arrived at 220 West Branch Avenue in Pine Hill, NJ for an armed robbery report. The two victims told police they were sitting in a parked vehicle near the 700 building when a man armed with a semi-automatic handgun opened the passenger door.

The suspect, wearing a thin “Jason” type Halloween mask, allegedly chambered a round, put the gun to the victim’s head and threatened to kill her. Investigators say he then stole $300 in cash and a cell phone from one victim and $103 in cash as well as credit and debit cards from the second victim.

The suspect is described as a black male in his early 20’s standing around 5-foot-3. In addition to the Jason mask, police say he was also wearing a black hooded sweatshirt.
