Another P.J. Whelihan's Restaurant Coming to Chester County

South Jersey-based P.J.W. Restaurant Group will be hitting a milestone next year when it opens its 20th restaurant in Chester County.

The Haddon Township, New Jersey-based group will open an outpost of restaurant concept P.J. Whelihan's at the Charlestown Village in Malvern, Pennsylvania.

Set to open in late spring 2017, the restaurant is the 15th P.J. Whelihan's in the state and New Jersey, and the third in Chester County — the others being in Downingtown and West Chester.

Charlestown Village is a dining and retail project by E. Khan Development Corp. and has 21,000 square feet of retail space. It's anchored by Residence Inn Philadelphia Great Valley/Malvern, which opened in May this year.

The P.J. Whelihan's will be 8,000 square feet in size with an additional 1,000 square feet of outdoor space.
