Amber Alert Canceled: Del. Mom, Son Found Safe

A mother and her 4-year-old son who were abducted from their Del. home have been found safe, police say

Delaware State Police have cancelled an Amber Alert that had been issued Friday afternoon for a 4-year-old boy and his 19-year-old mother after they were found safely.

Milford Police were searching for Lizzet Vazquez and Andy Lee Martinez who were last seen at their residence on the 100 block of McColley Street in Milford, Del.

According to police the young mother and son were taken against their will by 40-year-old William Cuellar. Milford police say Cuellar is in custody.

“There is a real concern for the welfare of both Vazquez and Martinez,” State Police Cpl. Jeffrey Hale wrote in a press release.

Lizzet Vazquez is described as a Hispanic female. She is 4-feet, 10-inches tall and 110 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing black jeans, a black shirt with a white shirt underneath, and high heeled sandals.

Andy Lee Martinez is a 4-year-old Hispanic male. He has brown hair and brown eyes.

Cuellar is a Hispanic male. He is 6-feet tall and 140 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a white and blue vertical striped shirt and jeans. He is driving a white SUV possibly a Ford Expedition or Explorer. It has a Georgia registration with the second letter being a Q, police say.
