Police have charged a Pennsylvania snow plow driver they say he struck a woman during a weekend snow storm then drove off.

Keith Kichline faces charges including failing to render aid in the crash that injured 20-year-old Andrena Pollanti on Saturday evening.

Allentown police say Pollanti was hit by the plow on Kichline's pickup as she crossed a street. Witnesses say Kichline got out, stood over Pollanti, then got back in his vehicle and drove away.

Kichline was arraigned late Saturday and released on bail. He declined comment to WFMZ-TV and referred questions to a lawyer. Online court records don't list his attorney.

Pollanti's family says she's undergone surgery for broken bones and is expected to spend at least three weeks in the hospital.
