Officials are investigating the cause of a fire that injured two people and displaced over a dozen others.
It happened around 12:30 p.m. at a row home converted into an apartment building on 509 N 7th Street in Allentown. Investigators say the blaze started in the first floor of the building, went to three alarms and spread to a building on 507 N 7th Street.
Two people suffered smoke inhalation and were treated for non-life threatening injuries. 17 people in all were displaced. They are currently being assisted by the Red Cross.
