Bucks County Middle School Sex Tape Recorded by House Guest, Could Involve Incest: DA

Authorities confiscated cellphones from several Bucks County middle schoolers after reports surfaced that a video depicting minors possibly engaged in sexual acts was being shared.

The video shows children, believed to be 11 or 12-years-old, either performing or simulating sexual intercourse at a home, the Bucks County District Attorney's Office tells NBC10. It could involve incest, officials added.

Prosecutors said the video was recorded by a house guest and they are trying to figure out whether it actually happened or if it was a hoax meant to shock the guest.

The video was then shared among students at the Franklin D. Roosevelt Middle School in Bristol, Bucks County, according to police.

FDR Middle School, located at 1001 Veterans Highway, is one of two middle schools in the Bristol Township School District, which serves about 6,200 students, according to the district's website.

Prosecutors are not sure who the children are and whether they are students at FDR Middle School.

The Bucks County DA, Bristol Township Police and school district all continue to investigate.

No charges have been filed, but officials said a newly enacted Pennsylvania law could lead to charges against students who were sharing the video. Under the sexting law, it's criminal for anyone under 18 to share nude photos or videos of minors.

At this point, though, officials said they are most interested in finding the children in the video.
