A New Jersey man is arrested and charged in two sexual assault cases at the Jersey Shore. Police in Atlantic City arrested Hiten Patel, of Egg Harbor Township.
Investigators tell NBC10 Patel threatened his alleged victims with a handgun and drove them to secluded locations in the areas. One woman says she was assaulted in the Pathmark Shopping in Ventnor.
Patel is charged with one sexual assault and one attempted assault.
Police believe he also may be responsible for other armed attacks in Atlantic City over the past month.
