Police Bust Alleged Airport Hotel Prostitutes, Accomplices

Philly Police used ads posted online to bust an alleged prostitution ring that operated out of hotels near the Philadelphia International Airport.

Six women along with three male drivers were arrested during the sting, police said.

Undercover officers answered ads posted on Craigslist and other online sites and met the suspects at the hotels where they alleged tried to trade sex for money.

The alleged prostitutes face prostitution, criminal conspiracy and criminal solicitation charges while the alleged male drivers face prostitution and criminal solicitation charges.

Prostitution isn’t a victimless crime, investigators said. Recent cases were linked to robberies and at least one homicide.
