Four people were sent to the hospital following an early morning accident involving a police cruiser on Broad Street.
The accident happened just after 1 a.m. in the Logan section of the city.
Police say that two officers were responding to a call for backup when the cruiser they were driving crashed, injuring the officers and two other men.
All four were taken to Einstein Medical Center and are in stable condition – suffering only bumps and bruises.
Authorities are investigating what caused the accident.
