Authorities are investigating an abandoned baby case in Philadelphia.
A woman approached an unknown person in the 3000 block of Lawrence Street Saturday morning and handed over a Hispanic boy about 2 months old.
The child was taken to St. Christopher's Hospital for Children and appears to be in good condition.
The special victims unit and the Department of Human Services are investigating.
