AC Mayor Says ‘No' to Taj Mahal Tax Breaks

Atlantic City Mayor Don Guardian rejected an appeal by the Trump Taj Mahal for tax relief.

The casino (owned by the bankrupt Trump Entertainment) argued that it needed the tax relief to keep its casino open passed its Nov 13 closure date.

Guardian said the city just doesn't have the money to give the casino a tax break.
