Smooth Criminal: New Jersey Man Arrested for Heroin Possession After Moonwalking

A New Jersey man was arrested after moonwalking through the aisles of a gas station convenience store.

Officers responded to the Speedway gas station on Hooper Avenue in Toms River Wednesday night after the store clerk reported a man acting "erratically," according to police.

Police say Mark Wixler was moonwalking through the station's convenience store aisles while choosing what he wanted to buy. The 39-year-old, who had a warrant for his arrest out of Neptune Township, was in possession of six hypodermic needles and some heroin.

Wexler was then placed under arrest. He is being held in Ocean County Jail. It's not clear whether he has retained an attorney.
