8,000 Stolen Golf Balls: Police

Three men and one woman were arrested Wednesday morning outside the Aronimink Country Club in Newtown Square. Police say they stole thousands of golf balls from that course and from the White Manor Country Club in Willistown.

The suspects allegedly told officers the balls were being reconditioned for the golf course, but police told the Patch.com that it wasn't true and they didn't have permission to be on the property.

They estimate they had 8,000 golf balls with them at the time of the arrest, according to the Patch.com.

The four suspects, Daniel Curry, Charles Creed, Robert Sauve, and Carisa Osmond are all from Michigan.
