Police have arrested a man in North Philadelphia in connection with the stabbing death of a 52-year-old woman.
Around 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, the body of Cynthia Adams was found brutally murdered with a knife. Authorities said she had been stabbed multiple times in the chest and in her upper body.
Her body was found on the second floor of a residence along N. 17th Street.
According to investigators, the victim's boyfriend Henry Slatter, 52, attacked Adams after the two got into an argument.
Slatter was arrested on the scene. He is charged with murder.
