Four people are in the hospital after a two-vehicle accident in the Kensington section of the city. It happened early Sunday morning on 2nd Street and Allegheny Avenue.

Police say a car traveling westbound on Allegheny crashed into another car traveling southbound on 2nd Street. Investigators say one of the vehicles ran a red light though it’s unclear which one did.
