One man is dead and two others hospitalized following a late-night shooting in Philadelphia.
Investigators say a 22-year-old man was shot four times -- including twice in the head -- late Thursday night in West Philadelphia. Two men ages 24 and 26 were wounded.
Police say they recovered 10 spent shell casings at the scene that came from two different guns.
Authorities say they're looking for a car with out-of-state plates that was seen leaving the scene.
