25 King of Prussia Stores Still Closed From Flood Damage

Mall trying to reopen stores in time for Black Friday

A record amount of rain – more than five inches – poured down on Sept. 30 and more than a month later King of Prussia mall still has 25 stores closed because of flood damage.

With Black Friday (the shopping day after Thanksgiving) just around the corner, mall management is rushing to get things in order so the still-damaged stores will be open for the biggest shopping day of the year.

There were 123 stores affected by the flooding and now more than two-dozen stores, including Abercrombie Kids, BCBG, New York and Co., Aldo Shoes, and Littman Jewelers, are still closed. About 18 restaurants and food providers are also closed.

For a full list of the stores that are still closed go to the King of Prussia Mall web site.
