2 Philly Firefighters Injured Battling House Fire

Two firefighters were injured while battling a house fire in the Queen Village section of Philadelphia.

Heavy flames broke out just before 6:00 p.m. Wednesday at 3rd and Monroe Streets.

The injured firefighters were taken to the hospital. Both are in stable condition.

A family of nine is being cared for at the Red Cross House.
