Two men employed at a local Boscov's tried to walk out of the store with a lot of expensive underwear, police say

    Two men employed at the Boscov’s department store in Exton Square Mall were arrested on charges of stealing expensive underwear, police say.

    Dajon Nixon and Richard Legree Jr., both 19 years old and from Coatsville, Pa., were seen leaving the store with $254 worth of Polo underwear from the sales floor, police say.

    The two put the underwear in their backpacks and tried to leave the store, police say.

    Nixon and Legree were arrested on charges of retail theft, receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy.

    They were released pending a preliminary hearing.
