2 Killed, 1 Hurt in Vineland Triple Shooting

Two men were killed while another person was injured in a triple shooting in Vineland, New Jersey overnight.

Police were called to the 100 block of West Grape Street in Vineland around 12:15 a.m. Sunday after a report of shots fired. When they arrived they found three men who had been shot in a parked car that was on the side of the roadway.

One of the men, identified as 20-year-old Kevin Peterson of Vineland, was flown to the Atlantic City Medical Center where he later died from his injuries.

The second man, identified as 22-year-old Damian Mills of Vineland, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The third victim, another Vineland resident who police are not identifying, also suffered gunshot wounds. The victim was taken to Cooper Medical Center where he or she is in stable condition.

The Vineland Police Department’s Detective Bureau and the Cumberland County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crimes Unit are both investigating the shooting.
