2 Face Gun, Drug Charges After Traffic Stop

Delaware State police have charged two men with numerous drug and weapons offenses after guns, heroin and marijuana were found in a vehicle during a traffic stop.

It happened about 4:35 p.m. Wednesday in Millsboro. Officials say troopers pulled over a car after seeing a moving violation and took the driver into custody because he did not have a valid license.

Officers say the driver had 18 Oxycodone pills on him.

Troopers say a passenger in the car tried to hide a loaded .32 caliber revolver and another gun was found in the vehicle. Police say they also found marijuana and heroin in the car.

Twenty-two-year-old Michael A. Lowe and 23-year-old Klin Gootee, both of Laurel, where charged with numerous offenses.
